We have a strict 7 day return policy. From the day you recieve your item, you have 7 days to request a refund.

We do not cover the cost of any return costs. 

When you return the item, it must arrive back to us in the same condition it was sent it - this will allow the refund to be triggered. 

We will notify you once weve recieved your complaint, and let you know if youre request to return has been approved and is a reasonable complaint. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process this too. 

Once you have placed an order, please allow 1 to 5 days for your item/s to be shipped. Once your items have been shipped, we are irresponsible for any delays caused by the courier.
